Lang Research has undertaken program evaluation studies for clients
at all levels of government - federal, provincial and municipal.
These studies have covered the full range of information demanded
for policy and program evaluation:
- Strategic Research: identifying and tracking
emerging issues and needs among various constituency groups
- Operational Research: monitoring and assessing
program delivery and service levels for day-to-day operations
- Managerial/Tactical Research: providing an
overview of the effectiveness of the program along with
recommendations for improvements
We employ a rich mix of quantitative and qualitative
methodologies (e.g., survey research, secondary analysis, in-depth
one-on-one interviews, focus groups, Town Halls) to ensure that
clients always have access to the most appropriate research method
for each information source.
